Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 base salary + bonus
Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite, half-day Fridays all year round)
Company: Privately-owned SaaS company groing 20% YoY since 2019
Opportunity: Drive product and mobile innovation without being bogged down or hamstrung by BAU or process work

Responsibilities:

Help drive a team of mobile software engineers (iOS, Android, etc.) in the development, configuration and modification of integrated products for customers
Provide insight and recommendations to inform the roadmap and overall health and care of the larger product portfolio, with a focus on usability and user experience
Push the go-forward tech stack (React Native)
Collaborate closely with business and product teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to others as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred but not required.
Proven experience (7+ years) as a mobile software engineer, with extensive experience in Mobile technologies
High-level understanding of native Android, native iOS and comfortable in managing multiple stakeholders
Experience with React Native
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
